Estamos em busca de um profissional para atuar na área de BackOffice Comercial, garantindo suporte operacional às equipes de vendas e contribuindo para a excelência no atendimento aos clientes.

Responsabilidades

  • Realizar prospecção e qualificação de clientes;
  • Efetuar consultas e análises em sistemas, consultas de CNPJ e análise de documentação de clientes;
  • Distribuir oportunidades comerciais para a equipe de vendas;
  • Elaborar e acompanhar contratos comerciais;
  • Elaborar relatórios e planilhas de acompanhamento das atividades comerciais;
  • Analisar retornos de leads e oportunidades de negócio;
  • Apoiar o processo de integração e treinamento inicial dos clientes;
  • Realizar o primeiro atendimento e direcionamento dos clientes para as consultoras comerciais;
  • Boa comunicação e proatividade.

Requisitos

  • Ensino Médio Completo ou superior cursando;
  • Conhecimento em Excel;
  • Experiência em validação de documentos, informações cadastrais e sistemas informatizados.

Competências Desejáveis

  • Experiência em rotinas de BackOffice Comercial;
  • Conhecimento em CRM e ferramentas de gestão comercial;
  • Conhecimento em processos de vendas B2B.
