We prioritize quality of care over quantity of clients. Lower caseload expectations mean more time for clinical decision-making, data analysis, treatment planning, BT/RBT support, and meaningful collaboration with families.

WE COVER YOUR LBA LICENSURE

Getting licensed shouldn't be another expense you have to worry about. Connect n Care ABA covers the cost of obtaining your Virginia LBA licensure.

SIGN-ON BONUS

What We're Looking For

  • Current BCBA certification or a scheduled BCBA exam - let's line up a role for when you're certified!
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Virginia BCBA/LBA licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure

Newly certified BCBAs are welcome! Clinical mentorship and support are available as you continue developing your skills.
