Responsabilidades:

Alinhamento de perfis técnicos e comportamentais com a liderança do cargo; Alinhamento sobre a cultura da empresa e informações relevantes para o processo seletivo; Elaboração de anúncios de vagas e divulgação no LinkedIn; Divulgação de vagas de diferentes níveis nas mais diversas plataformas de R&S; Recrutamento por networking, indicações, banco de talentos; Busca ativa (hunting) de perfis aderentes; Triagem de currículos seguindo um processo; Contato inicial por ligação com os candidatos para alinhamento de expectativas; Aplicação de questionários comportamentais e testes técnicos durante o processo seletivo; Entrevistas comportamentais, técnicas e culturais por vídeo chamada; Realização do parecer do perfil dos candidatos; Agendamento de entrevistas para a liderança e acompanhamento de todas as etapas do processo seletivo, garantindo uma experiência positiva para ambas as partes envolvidas; Realização de feedbacks sobre o andamento do processo seletivo para os candidatos e para a liderança; Realização da aprovação de candidatos e encaminhamento para o processo admissional da empresa contratante; Realização de devolutiva para todos os candidatos do processo seletivo; Aplicação de pesquisa de satisfação do processo seletivo.

Experiência prévia em recrutamento e seleção, preferencialmente em um papel de Analista Júnior ou Pleno, ou experiência equivalente; Conhecimento sólido das práticas e tendências de recrutamento e seleção; Excelentes habilidades de comunicação oral e escrita; Possuir senso de urgência, organização, capacidade de se orientar por processos, habilidades de gerenciamento do tempo, capacidade de realizar entrevistas eficazes e avaliar competências; Formação acadêmica cursando ou completa.
