Controle de dados dos colaboradores dentro da LGPD;

Implantação de ferramentas e sistemas de administração de pessoal;

Envio de formulários;

Elaboração de ajustes contratuais;

Elaboração do calendário anual de feriados;

Gestão de benefícios;

Controle de horas extras;

Controle de férias;

Controle de avaliações do período de experiência;

Contato com contabilidade, financeiro e jurídico;

Implantação de processos dentro da área de recursos humanos;

Realização de processos e acompanhamento de admissão e onboarding de colaboradores CLT e PJ;

Realização de processos e acompanhamento de demissão e offboarding de colaboradores CLT e PJ;

Implantação e ajustes de cargos e salários;

Implantação e definição de metas com a liderança e com a equipe;

Elaboração e implantação de PDI;

Implantação da cultura de feedback;

Aplicação de pesquisas de clima;

Aplicação de pesquisas de pulso;

Elaboração de confraternizações;

Elaboração e implantação do calendário de endomarketing;

Realização de ações de endomarketing;

Levantamento de necessidades de treinamento e desenvolvimento para o time;

Elaboração de trilhas de carreira;

Implantação de marca empregadora;

VAGA PJ (PESSOA JURÍDICA)

Formação acadêmica em Administração, Psicologia, Recursos Humanos ou áreas relacionadas;

Conhecimentos generalistas em RH;

Possuir experiência na área em Consultorias de Recursos Humanos;

Familiaridade com a implantação dos subsistemas de RH e ferramentas/sistemas de gestão de RH;

Conhecimento de leis trabalhistas;

Habilidades interpessoais;
