Estamos em busca de um(a) Assistente de Atendimento dedicado(a) e comprometido(a) para integrar o nosso time! Este profissional será responsável por oferecer suporte e orientação aos nossos clientes, garantindo uma experiência positiva e eficiente no uso dos nossos materiais de estudo para concursos públicos.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Responder prontamente às dúvidas e consultas dos clientes por meio de diversos canais de comunicação, como e-mail, chat online e redes sociais;
  • Prestar suporte técnico e orientações sobre os materiais de estudo oferecidos pela empresa;
  • Aconselhar os clientes na escolha dos materiais mais adequados às suas necessidades e metas específicas de preparação para concursos públicos;
  • Auxiliar os clientes no processo de compra, fornecendo informações sobre preços, condições de pagamento e prazos;
  • Resolver problemas e reclamações dos clientes de maneira eficaz e cortês, buscando soluções que garantam a satisfação do cliente e a reputação positiva da empresa;
  • Manter-se atualizado sobre os produtos e serviços oferecidos pela empresa, assim como sobre as políticas e procedimentos internos;
  • Coletar feedback dos clientes e repassar informações relevantes aos departamentos internos para contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos produtos e serviços;
  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com outros departamentos, como o de vendas, para garantir uma experiência integrada e satisfatória para o cliente.

VAGA HOME OFFICE / REMOTA

  • Conhecimentos em legislação para concursos será considerado um diferencial;
  • Residir na região de Mogi das Cruzes será considerado um diferencial;
  • Capacidade de se comunicar de forma clara e eficaz, tanto verbalmente quanto por escrito;
  • Familiaridade com os materiais de estudo oferecidos pela empresa, a fim de fornecer informações precisas aos clientes;
  • Capacidade de resolver problemas de forma proativa e eficiente, garantindo a satisfação do cliente;
  • Capacidade de entender as necessidades dos clientes e lidar com eles de maneira empática e paciente;
  • Habilidade para lidar com múltiplas tarefas e demandas, gerenciando o tempo de forma eficaz;
  • Familiaridade com aplicativos em ambas as plataformas (Android e IOS). Essa habilidade é necessária, uma vez que o suporte está relacionado ao aplicativo e não ter essa facilidade irá dificultar o processo de integração.
  • Vale Refeição - R$ 623,04 ao mês;
  • Auxilio Home Office - R$ 120,00 ao mês;
  • Day Off de aniversário + bonificação;
  • Equipamentos após o período de experiência, se houver necessidade.
