Atualmente, estamos em busca de um (a) Consultor de vendas para integrar o time de um dos nossos clientes no setor da saúde.

Buscamos um(a) Consultor(a) de Vendas proativo(a) e consultivo(a) para atuar na comercialização de planos inovadores de fisioterapia preventiva. O profissional será responsável por educar clientes sobre os benefícios da prevenção de lesões, gerar desejo por um serviço de saúde a longo prazo e construir relacionamentos duradouros. Ideal para quem tem paixão por saúde e bem-estar e habilidade em vendas de valor agregado.e bem-estar.

Responsabilidades

Identificar e prospectar potenciais clientes interessados em saúde preventiva e bem-estar.

Educar clientes sobre os benefícios dos planos de fisioterapia preventiva,

demonstrando o valor a longo prazo e a importância de cuidar da saúde antes do surgimento de lesões.

Realizar apresentações consultivas, adaptando a abordagem às necessidades e dores específicas de cada cliente.

Gerenciar o ciclo completo de vendas, desde a prospecção até o fechamento, incluindo negociação e acompanhamento pós-venda.

Construir e manter um pipeline de vendas robusto, utilizando ferramentas de CRM.

Desenvolver e nutrir relacionamentos de confiança com os clientes, visando fidelização e a indicação.

Trabalhar em colaboração com a equipe de fisioterapeutas para garantir a compreensão do produto e a excelência no atendimento ao cliente.

Atingir e superar as metas de vendas estabelecidas.

Manter-se atualizado(a) sobre as tendências do mercado de saúde, fisioterapia e bem-estar.

Experiência comprovada em vendas, preferencialmente em vendas consultivas ou de serviços, (seguros, educação, tecnologia).

Habilidade excepcional em comunicação verbal e escrita, com capacidade de persuasão e escuta ativa.

Capacidade de construir rapport e estabelecer relacionamentos de confiança.

Proatividade, iniciativa e forte orientação para resultados.

Resiliência para lidar com objeções e ciclos de vendas mais longos.

Conhecimento básico ou interesse em fisiologia, anatomia e conceitos de saúde

e bem-estar.

Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em áreas como Marketing,

Administração, Fisioterapia, Educação Física ou áreas correlatas (desejável).

Paixão por promover a saúde e o bem-estar.

Diferenciais:

Cursos ou certificações em técnicas de vendas, negociação ou inteligência emocional.

Salário fixo+ comissão
