Estamos buscando um(a) profissional para ocupar a posição de Coordenador(a) de Controladoria e FP&A para compor o time de um dos nossos clientes do setor educacional.

Sobre a oportunidade Buscamos um(a) profissional para atuar estrategicamente na área de Controladoria e Planejamento e Análise Financeira (FP&A), contribuindo para o planejamento financeiro, a análise de resultados e o suporte à tomada de decisão da diretoria. A posição atuará em parceria com a Coordenação Financeira, com foco complementar à gestão de contas a pagar e a receber.

Principais responsabilidades Coordenar as atividades de Controladoria e Planejamento e Análise Financeira (FP&A). Desenvolver e acompanhar o planejamento financeiro e estratégico, elaborando análises de cenários e projeções. Realizar análises de margens, produtos e resultados financeiros, identificando oportunidades de melhoria. Consolidar, interpretar e apresentar indicadores e resultados financeiros para a diretoria, apoiando a tomada de decisão. Elaborar análises gerenciais que contribuam para o acompanhamento do desempenho e dos objetivos estratégicos da empresa. Gerenciar e desenvolver a equipe, acompanhando as entregas e promovendo a organização das atividades. Atuar de forma integrada com a Coordenação Financeira e demais áreas envolvidas nos processos de controladoria. Utilizar ferramentas de análise de dados, especialmente Power BI, e recursos de Inteligência Artificial para otimizar análises e processos.

Experiência em Controladoria, Planejamento Financeiro ou FP&A. Domínio de planejamento estratégico e análise de cenários. Experiência com análise de margens, produtos e resultados financeiros. Vivência na elaboração de relatórios gerenciais e apresentações de resultados para a diretoria. Conhecimento e experiência com Power BI. Familiaridade com ferramentas de Inteligência Artificial aplicadas às rotinas de análise e gestão. Experiência em liderança e gestão de equipes.

Perfil analítico, estratégico e orientado a resultados. Proatividade e disposição para atuar de forma prática na resolução de problemas. Capacidade de organização, priorização e acompanhamento de demandas. Comunicação clara e habilidade para apresentar informações complexas de maneira objetiva.
