Estamos buscando um profissional para ocupar a posição de Coordenador de RH/DP para compor o time de um dos nossos clientes.

Em seu dia a dia você sera reponsável por:

Atuar como parceiro(a) das lideranças, identificando necessidades e propondo soluções práticas e personalizadas para gestão de pessoas. Ser protagonista na estruturação dos principais processos de RH: recrutamento, integração, desenvolvimento, avaliação de desempenho, cultura e clima. Implementar políticas e práticas de RH que tragam clareza, organização e consistência ao dia a dia da empresa. Apoiar a liderança em temas como comunicação, feedback, conflitos, performance e engajamento. Criar e acompanhar indicadores de RH (turnover, absenteísmo, headcount, entre outros). Trabalhar com um olhar atento à cultura, propondo iniciativas que fortaleçam os valores e comportamentos esperados. Ser ponto de referência para os colaboradores em temas de desenvolvimento,

Formação em Psicologia, Administração, RH ou áreas correlatas. Experiência sólida como Business Partner ou RH Generalista em empresas de médio porte. Vivência em ambientes em construção (startups, scale-ups ou empresas sem estrutura formal de RH). Capacidade de traduzir estratégia em ação, com autonomia e senso de urgência. Habilidade de relacionamento, escuta ativa e comunicação clara.

DIFERENCIAIS: Ter participado da estruturação de RH do zero. Conhecimento prático em ferramentas de desenvolvimento de lideranças. Boa noção de indicadores e processos de RH baseados em dados.
