Missão do cargo:

Liderar a operação de uma unidade da Ótica Max, garantindo performance em vendas, gestão de equipe e excelência no atendimento.

Principais responsabilidades: Gerenciar equipe de vendas e operação da loja (turnos de shopping ou rua). Garantir atingimento de metas de vendas e resultados financeiros da unidade. Acompanhar indicadores de performance da loja. Liderar pelo exemplo, com perfil “mão na massa” e formador de equipe. Passar por treinamento intenso de cultura e processos da Ótica Max antes de assumir loja.

erfilP desejado:

Foco em resultado e vendas. Perfil de liderança que equilibra gestão administrativa e motivação da equipe (“o que acalma” e “o que põe fogo na loja”). Experiência prévia em gestão de equipe de vendas (ótica, varejo ou segmentos correlatos). Preferencialmente já com histórico de resultados expressivos em crescimento de faturamento.
