Estamos buscando um profissional para ocupar a posição de Gestor de Contrato para compor o time de um dos nossos clientes.

Em seu dia a dia você sera reponsável por:

1. Gestão de Contratos: garantir o cumprimento das obrigações contratuais.

2. Tarefas Administrativas: - Manutenção do inventário do contrato - Aplicação de check-list de máquinas e equipamentos - Negociação junto aos prestadores de serviço - Gestão e controle de material de insumos - Monitoramento dos veículos (preventivas)

3. Treinamento Técnico: padronizar e garantir processos através da Metodologia de Vegetação e Fauna.

4. Planejamento e Programação: executar, revisar e programar semanalmente as atividades da operação.

5. Identificação de Peculiaridades: identificar características específicas do contrato.

6. Monitoramento de Entregas: acompanhar entregas do cliente, identificar riscos e oportunidades e realizar reuniões mensais. 7. Controle de Documentação Ambiental: gerenciar documentações junto a órgãos reguladores e atendimento das condicionantes das licenças de operação para garantir conformidade.

8.Auditoria: participar ativamente de auditorias internas e externas.

10. Medição de Contratos: elaborar e acompanhar o processo de medição até a liberação para faturamento.

11. Gestão de Pessoas: - Controle de efetivo, turnover e absenteísmo. - Gestão do banco de horas - Interlocutor entre colaborador e DP/RH

12. Avaliação de Feedback: realizar avaliação mensal com subordinados.

13.Segurança do trabalho: Garantir a segurança dos colaboradores através da utilização adequada dos EPIs.

14.Melhoria Contínua: proporcionar melhorias nos processos internos e operacionais.

Escolaridade: Técnico em Meio ambiente

Ter disponibilidade para viajar e possuir CNH.

Experiência no mercado de trabalho há pelo menos 5 anos
