Estamos buscando uma pessoa carismática e atenciosa para atuar como Secretária para atender todas as demandas de um dos nossos clientes Atividades; Recepcionar e atender clientes presencialmente, por telefone e WhatsApp de forma cordial e proativa. Agendar e organizar compromissos, reuniões ou atendimentos, com foco em otimizar a agenda do gestor ou especialista. Apresentar os produtos e/ou serviços da empresa, identificando as necessidades do cliente para oferecer a melhor solução. Realizar orçamentos, enviar propostas e acompanhar o processo até o fechamento da venda. Fazer follow-up com leads e clientes ativos/inativos, buscando conversão e fidelização. Manter o sistema ou planilha de CRM atualizado com os registros de contatos, vendas e interações. Apoiar na organização do ambiente de trabalho, controle de materiais e documentos administrativos. Trabalhar metas e indicadores de vendas, reportando resultados periodicamente.

Conhecimento em Excel Sistema de gestão Clinicorp Ensino médio completo (desejável superior cursando ou completo em áreas administrativas ou comerciais). Experiência com atendimento ao cliente e vendas. Boa comunicação verbal e escrita. Organização, simpatia, e foco em resultados.

Salário fixo + comissão-VT-VR

Horário dás 9 às 19 h- de segunda a sexta feira, possibilidade de futuramente trabalhar aos sábados
