Estamos procurando um (a) Social Media – Especialista em Instagram & TikTok para atuar no Método Máquina de Tráfego e Conversão, criado por Adriano Gianini, um dos maiores especialistas e produtores de conteúdo sobre Google Ads no Brasil.

Responsabilidades

Gerenciar 100% da operação de Instagram (conteúdo, stories, reels, calendário, copy, estratégia, análise).

Criar conteúdos criativos e atuais, alinhados às trends, memes e movimentos culturais das redes.

Transformar temas e pautas em conteúdos dinâmicos, atrativos e com alta chance de viralização.

Mapear tendências e oportunidades diariamente nas plataformas.

Criar scripts, roteiros e direções criativas para conteúdos em vídeo.

Analisar métricas, acompanhar performance e ajustar estratégias continuamente.

Trabalhar em parceria com design, branding e YouTube para manter a comunicação integrada.

Sugerir novas estratégias, formatos e abordagens alinhadas ao comportamento atual do público.

Requisitos obrigatórios

Ser heavy user real de Instagram e TikTok (não serve uso “básico”).

Experiência comprovada como Social Media.

Domínio de Reels, Stories, Lives, trends, dublagens, virais e linguagem nativa das plataformas.

Conhecimento avançado sobre engajamento, alcance, retenção e algoritmo.

Capacidade de criação rápida e criativa com alto volume de ideias.

Excelente escrita para mídias sociais.

Capacidade de trabalhar com ritmo dinâmico e alto nível de autonomia.

Diferenciais (não obrigatórios)

Experiência com criadores, influenciadores ou infoprodutores.

Habilidade em edição de vídeo (CapCut, Premiere, VLLO etc.).

Vivência em análise de dados e otimização de conteúdo.

Conhecimento de cultura pop, música, memes, internet e narrativas digitais.

Perfil que buscamos
