• Promote and sell Bulk SMS campaigns, AI customer engagement tools (chatbots, automation), WhatsApp Business API solutions, and Etimad platform services.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with businesses, government contractors, and procurement departments.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, social selling (LinkedIn, email), and networking events.

• Lead client presentations, demos, and solution workshops.

• Guide clients through the Etimad registration, bidding, and documentation processes if needed.

• Understand client needs and propose customized service packages.

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and close deals effectively.

• Coordinate internally with the technical support and operations teams for seamless project delivery.

• Stay updated on Bulk SMS trends, AI innovations, WhatsApp Business updates, and changes to Etimad policies

• Monitor daily tenders, invitations, and pre/post-qualification announcements on the Etimad platform.

• Assess the financial and technical feasibility of tenders.

• Prepare technical and financial proposal files.

• Analyze data and generate the necessary financial and technical reports.

• Communicate effectively with clients to send inquiries, coordinate meetings, and ensure service execution.

• Collaborate with the specialized team to execute projects.

• Provide suggestions and recommendations to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
