Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Email Marketing Manager to spearhead our email marketing strategies. As the Email Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns. Your innovative ideas and deep understanding of customer engagement will be instrumental in promoting our brand, delivering valuable updates to our customers, and ensuring strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

● Execute email marketing campaigns according to the established strategy.

● Ensure timely and accurate deployment of scheduled email campaigns.

● Create and edit email content, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

● Implement audience segmentation strategies based on customer data.

● Assist in personalizing email content for targeted campaigns.

● Conduct A/B tests on various campaign elements and provide insights for optimization.

● Assist in the generation and analysis of minor Excel reports on campaign performance.

● Collaborate with the Email Marketing Manager to derive actionable insights.

● Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in email marketing.

Requirements:

● 2+ years of experience in email marketing

● Familiarity with email marketing platforms and tools

● Understanding of email marketing fundamentals, including best practices, CAN-SPAM Act compliance, and GDPR regulations.

● Understanding of A/B testing principles and the ability to execute tests on email elements.

● Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues related to email deliverability, coding, or campaign performance.

● Strong writing and editing skills to create engaging and effective email content.

● Skills in campaign management based on performance metrics

● Ability to tailor messaging to different audience segments.

● Demonstrate analytical and reporting skills

● Basic understanding of data analytics to interpret campaign performance metrics.
