The posting

Job Description Overview We are seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to drive new business growth and expand our presence within the US market. This role is ideal for a high-performing sales professional with a proven track record of hunting, building pipelines from scratch, and closing complex, high-value deals—particularly with government institutions, financial institutions, and commercial and enterprise businesses. Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify, target, and win net-new business opportunities (hunter role) Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on financial institutions Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals Engage senior stakeholders and decision-makers, including C-suite and executive leadership Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, delivery) to align solutions with client needs Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity tracking in CRM systems Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and evolving client needs in financial services

Required Qualifications

5+ years of successful B2B sales experience, with a strong emphasis on new business acquisition Demonstrated experience selling to financial institutions and/or government Proven hunter mentality with consistent achievement or overachievement of sales targets Experience closing complex, consultative, and enterprise-level deals Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills Ability to operate independently while thriving in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

Existing network and relationships within enterprises and/or government Experience selling technology, CCaaS, SaaS, or professional services solutions Familiarity with long and complex sales cycles Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
