  • Track and analyze campus recruitment metrics, including hiring outcomes, event effectiveness, candidate engagement, and student reach, and translate the data into actionable insights.
  • Stay informed on campus recruiting trends, student expectations, and emerging talent practices to continually enhance our approach and strengthen our presence in the student market.
  • Establish effective sourcing strategies to support hiring needs through various mediums (I.e. LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, social media, etc.)
  • Establish & foster strong stakeholder relationships at all levels across the organization by considering regular feedback, and maintaining frequent communication
  • Maintain strong TA performance through accurate and consistent data, regular tracking and review of key metrics, and ongoing partnership with the TA team to optimize processes across the hiring lifecycle.
  • Foster a growth mindset by focusing on continuous development and staying up to date on industry best practices/standards

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of talent acquisition experience, with meaningful exposure to campus recruitment, early-career programs, or a related area, along with a strong understanding of the Canadian student recruitment landscape.
  • A natural ability to build strong relationships and credibility with a wide range of stakeholders, including business leaders, university partners, students, and candidates.
  • A proactive and creative approach to talent attraction, with an interest in finding new ways to engage students, strengthen our campus presence, and differentiate our organization.
  • Strong planning, organization, and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple recruitment activities, events, and hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong commitment to delivering a thoughtful and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Comfort using data and recruiting metrics to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and turn insights into practical recommendations.
  • Experience with sourcing strategies and recruitment technology, including LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, university career portals, job boards, and other talent acquisition platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging with both internal and external audiences.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset, with the ability to take ownership, adapt quickly, and work effectively across teams.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
