  • Bearbeitung des E-Mail-Verkehrs
  • Terminierung & Koordination von Anlieferungen
  • Digitalisierung, Bearbeitung & Archivierung von Lieferscheinen
  • Buchen eingegangener Ware
  • Schnittstelle zwischen den Abteilungen (Wareneingang, Retoure, Spedition, Warenausgang)
  • Ansprechpartner für ankommende Lkw-Fahrer und Koordination der Torzuweisung in Abstimmung mit dem Lager

Dein Profil

  • Du hast gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens Level C1)
  • Du hast Russischkenntnisse (mindestens Level A1)
  • Weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Voteil
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Lagerbereich von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweisen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Motivation
