  • Sie planen und betreuen unsere Gebäudeprojekte im Fachbereich Elektrotechnik über alle Leistungsphasen der HOAI
  • Sie erarbeiten und erstellen in allen Leistungsphasen relevante Planungsdokumente (Berechnungen, Ausschreibungsunterlagen, Kostenermittlung, Terminplanung, Berichte, etc.)
  • Sie sind das Bindeglied zwischen Auftraggeber/Objektplaner und Fachbereichsleitung
  • Sie führen die übertragenen Projekte in technischer und wirtschaftlicher Hinsicht und unter Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der maßgebenden Gesetze, Verordnungen, Normen und Regelwerke durch
  • Sie tragen aktiv zum Schnittstellenmanagement bei (u.a. Koordination und Integration der internen und externen Fachplanungen)
  • Sie arbeiten aktiv bei der Verbesserung unserer Abläufe im Rahmen des Qualitätsmanagements ISO 9001 mit

  • Sie verfügen über einen Techniker-/Meisterabschluss sowie umfangreiche Erfahrung im Bereich der TGA-Planung und/oder Bauleitung mit dem Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik
  • Alternativ haben Sie ein Studium der Elektrotechnik / Gebäudetechnik erfolgreich abschlossen und konnten bereits erste Berufserfahrung sammeln
  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie über fundierte Kenntnisse in einer Ausschreibungssoftware, Berechnungsprogramm und/oder CAD-Software
  • Sie verfügen über ein ausgeprägtes Kosten- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
