Como Sales Development Representative Júnior, suas responsabilidades incluirão: - Prospectar ativamente novos leads por meio de chamadas telefônicas, envio de e-mails e pesquisas em redes sociais - Qualificar e nutrir os leads, identificando necessidades e interesses dos clientes - Agendar reuniões entre os prospects e nossa equipe comercial - Colaborar com a equipe de vendas para desenvolver estratégias de abordagem e melhoria contínua - Manter um registro detalhado de todas as atividades e resultados em nosso sistema CRM

Para se destacar nesta posição, você deverá possuir: - Experiência anterior em uma função de vendas ou telemarketing, mesmo que em estágio ou aprendizagem - Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, tanto verbais quanto escritas - Capacidade de se adaptar rapidamente a diferentes personas e estilos de abordagem - Proatividade, determinação e foco em resultados - Conhecimento básico de ferramentas de CRM e automação de marketing
