Principais Responsabilidades: - Prospectar e qualificar potenciais clientes, com foco em atender às suas necessidades de forma eficiente; - Realizar contatos telefônicos e virtuais com clientes, visando apresentar os nossos produtos e serviços de forma atrativa e persuasiva; - Negociar termos e condições comerciais, a fim de fechar novos negócios; - Acompanhar o ciclo de vendas, desde a prospecção inicial até a conclusão do processo; - Registrar e atualizar informações em nossos sistemas internos, mantendo um controle preciso das atividades realizadas; - Colaborar com a equipe de marketing na elaboração de estratégias de vendas e promoção.

Requisitos: - Ensino Superior completo, preferencialmente em áreas relacionadas a Vendas, Marketing ou Administração; - Experiência comprovada de, no mínimo, 3 anos atuando em vendas, preferencialmente no segmento de Inside Sales; - Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, tanto verbal quanto escrita, em Português; - Facilidade em lidar com pessoas, demonstrando empatia e atendimento diferenciado; - Conhecimento em técnicas de prospecção e negociação; - Familiaridade com ferramentas de CRM e sistemas de gestão de vendas; - Disponibilidade para trabalhar em horário comercial na região da Zona Leste.
