V okviru skupine Conscia iščemo izkušenega vodjo, ki bo prevzel strateško in operativno odgovornost za Infrastruktura & Operacije na nivoju skupine Conscia na ravni celotne skupine Conscia. Vloga zahteva kombinacijo strateškega razmišljanja, izrazit občutek za vodenje mednarodne ekipe, ter razumevanja kompleksnih IT-okolij v mednarodnem kontekstu. Če te odlikujejo proaktivnost, odlične komunikacijske spretnosti in želja po delu v dinamičnem, globalno usmerjenem okolju, te vabimo, da se nam pridružiš.

  • izobrazba iz področja računalništva, informatike, elektrotehnike ali druge ustrezne smeri,
  • vsaj 7 let izkušenj na enakih oz. podobnih delovnih mestih,
  • tekoče znanje angleškega jezika,
  • občutek za vodenje, organizacijo in koordinacijo dela, smisel za komunikacijo in vodenje poslovnih procesov.

Prednost bodo imeli kandidati, ki izkazujejo dobro poznavanje računalniških omrežij (networking).

  • Skrb in odgovornost za podporo, vzdrževanje ter izboljšanje in razvoj informacijske strukture podjetja,
  • predlaganje investicij, optimizacij informacijske strukture in razvoj strategičnega načrta za IT-infrastrukturo, ki podpira sedanje in prihodnje poslovne potrebe,
  • uvajanje informacijske infrastrukture in strategije infrastrukture,
  • določanje in zagotavljanje izvajanja varnostne politike za informacijsko infrastrukturo podjetja, vključno z uvajanjem varnostnih politik za zaščito podatkov podjetja,
  • skrb za dokumentiranje uporabljenih tehničnih rešitev, izvedbe informacijske infrastrukture in pripravo rednih poročil ter dokumentacije o uspešnosti infrastrukture,
  • odgovornost za zagotovitev učinkovite podpore uporabnikom informacijske infrastrukture, vključno z nadzorom vsakodnevnih IT-operacij, spremljanjem zmogljivosti in upravljanjem incidentov,
  • odgovornost za zanesljivost, razširljivost, varnost in dokumentiranost informacijskega sistema podjetja,
  • spremljanje novosti s področja informacijske tehnologije in ostajanje na tekočem s trendi v industriji ter novimi tehnologijami,
  • skrb za izobraževanje in poglobljeno poznavanje sodobnih informacijskih tehnologij, vključno s priporočanjem relevantnih rešitev za izboljšanje infrastrukture podjetja,
  • poznavanje L/N okolja, nadzor in vodenje projektov na področju izdelave programske opreme,
  • odgovornost za splošno arhitekturno usklajenost programskih rešitev in načrtovanje infrastrukture v sodelovanju z arhitekti ter inženirji,
  • odgovornost za izdelavo in vzdrževanje internih aplikacij, vključno s pripravo celovitih načrtov obnove po nesreči in poslovnega nadaljevanja,
  • koordinacija s strankami (internimi in zunanjimi) na projektih izdelave programskih aplikacij,
  • načrtovanje, usklajevanje dela morebitnih zunanjih sodelavcev na področju razvoja programskih rešitev,
  • vodenje izdelave novih ali izboljšanje obstoječih programskih rešitev, vključno s pripravo funkcionalnih specifikacij na osnovi zahtev naročnika,
  • predlaganje ustrezne programske in tehnološke platforme za uspešno izdelavo programskih rešitev,
  • načrtovanje in skrb za usposabljanje ter strokovni razvoj podrejenih delavcev in študentov,
  • koordinacija in razporejanje dela ter podrejenih delavcev,
  • druge naloge po nalogu nadrejenih.
