Som Managed Services Engineer blir du en del av vårt team där du kombinerar tekniskt djup, kunddialog och ständiga förbättringar för att säkerställa stabila, säkra och effektiva leveranser. Om rollen

Som Managed Services Engineer ansvarar du för drift, utveckling och optimering av kundernas nätverks- och säkerhetsmiljöer inom våra managerade tjänster.

Rollen passar dig som trivs med att kombinera tekniskt specialistarbete med kundkontakt och som motiveras av att lösa komplexa utmaningar. Du arbetar proaktivt för att förbättra stabilitet, säkerhet och effektivitet samtidigt som du bidrar till automatisering och utveckling av våra managerade tjänster.

Du kommer bland annat att:

  • Säkerställa stabil drift och kontinuerligt optimera kundernas miljöer
  • Hantera incidenter och problem samt driva teknisk felsökning och problemlösning
  • Agera specialiststöd vid onboarding av nya kunder och implementation av nya lösningar inom våra managerade tjänster
  • Driva tekniska supportärenden mot våra partners, såsom Cisco och Palo Alto, för våra kunders räkning.
  • Bidra till automation och effektivisering av drift, övervakning och leveransprocesser
  • Delta i kundprojekt och tekniska uppdrag
  • Medverka i workshops, genomgångar och kunskapsutbyte med kunder och kollegor

Vi söker dig

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av drift, support eller förvaltning av nätverks- och säkerhetsmiljöer och som vill fortsätta utvecklas i en tekniskt avancerad miljö. Du har en stark grund inom nätverk, erfarenhet av felsökning och teknisk problemlösning samt ett intresse för att förbättra och effektivisera arbetssätt genom automation.

Du är nyfiken, ansvarstagande och har en vilja att ständigt lära dig nytt. Du trivs med att samarbeta nära både kunder och kollegor, delar gärna med dig av din kunskap och tar ett stort ansvar för att skapa stabila och säkra lösningar.

Vi tror att du har expertis och erfarenhet inom följande områden:

  • Drift, support eller förvaltning av nätverks- och säkerhetsmiljöer
  • Managerade tjänster
  • Cisco Meraki
  • Cisco nätverkslösningar
  • Palo Alto säkerhetslösningar
  • Python och automation
  • Git (GitHub, GitLab eller motsvarande)

Det är meriterande om du även har certifieringar inom exempelvis Cisco, Palo Alto Networks eller andra relevanta teknikområden, men vi värdesätter framför allt din tekniska kompetens, ditt driv och din vilja att utvecklas.
