På Conscia hjälper vi några av Nordens mest verksamhetskritiska organisationer att bygga, modernisera och säkra sin digitala infrastruktur. Som Senior Managed Services Specialist arbetar du nära våra kunder med att utveckla, optimera och förvalta nätverks- och säkerhetsmiljöer där stabilitet, säkerhet och automatisering står i fokus.

Om rollen

Som Senior Managed Services Specialist har du en central roll i vår tjänsteleverans. Du kombinerar kundkontakt och tekniskt arbete med ett operativt ansvar för våra managerade tjänster. Rollen innebär en spännande mix av proaktivt arbete, teknisk rådgivning, implementation och nära dialog med våra kunder.

Du kommer bland annat att:

  • Delta i arbetet med automatisering av drift, övervakning och utrullning genom användning av Python, Git och utveckling av CI/CD-pipelines
  • Säkerställa en robust och effektiv förvaltning av våra tjänster, inklusive dokumentation och processer
  • Fungera som teknisk specialist och stöd vid komplexa problem samt vid övergången av nya tjänster till förvaltning
  • Agera rådgivare åt våra kunder inom ditt specialistområde
  • Vara den tekniska länken mot vår strategiska partner Cisco
  • Arbeta nära våra kunder i konsultuppdrag och projekt
  • Planera och genomföra workshops och presentationer tillsammans med våra kunder

Vi söker dig

Vi söker dig som har lång erfarenhet av att arbeta med Cisco och nätverks- och säkerhetsmiljöer i komplexa verksamheter. Du har en stark teknisk grund, ett stort intresse för automation och drivs av att hitta effektiva sätt att utveckla och förbättra både teknik och arbetssätt. Du behärskar svenska och engelska mycket väl i tal och skrift.

Som person är du driven, positiv och lösningsorienterad. Du tar ansvar, arbetar självständigt och trivs i en konsultativ roll nära kunden. Du är nyfiken, vill ständigt utvecklas och delar gärna med dig av din kunskap till både kunder och kollegor. Samtidigt är du trygg i din roll som teknisk rådgivare och motiveras av att skapa långsiktigt värde för kunden.

Vi tror att du har erfarenhet inom flera av följande områden:

  • Cisco-teknologier och nätverkslösningar
  • Cisco Meraki-portföljen (nätverk, säkerhet och Wi-Fi)
  • Python för automatisering
  • Git, exempelvis GitHub eller GitLab
  • Design och implementation av CI/CD-pipelines
  • Avancerad felsökning och teknisk problemlösning i komplexa miljöer
  • Tredje linjens support eller motsvarande specialistroll

Det är meriterande om du har:

  • Flera Cisco-certifieringar inom relevanta teknikområden
