Dobrodošli kandidati, ki ste samostojni pri svojem delu, imate občutek za reševanje kompleksnih problemov pri strankah ter razumete njihove zahteve. Če imate znanje in izkušnje z instalacijo, vzdrževanjem, požarnimi zidovi in drugimi varnostnimi tehnologijami, ter tehničnim svetovanjem na področju IT varnosti, ste pravi za našo ekipo. Pričakovana znanja in kompetence:

Dobrodošli kandidati, ki imate izkušnje vsaj iz enega ali več področij kibernetske varnosti: poznavanja mrežnih protokolov "(TCP/IP) sklad", upravljanja in vzdrževanja požarnih pregrad in drugih varnostnih omrežnih tehnologij (SIEM, Identity (AAA), PAM, MFA, DNS Security,…) ter poznavanja VPN, oblačnih in virtualizacijskih tehnologij.

Pogoji:

  • izobrazba s področja računalništva, informatike, elektrotehnike ali druge ustrezne smeri,
  • vsaj 2 leti izkušenj na enakih oz. podobnih delovnih mestih,
  • certifikacije na področju Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, F5, Splunk ali SANS, predstavljajo prednost
  • tekoče znanje angleškega jezika,
  • pripravljenost za učenje,
  • prilagodljivost, samostojnost pri delu, samoiniciativnost, zanesljivost, odgovornost, natančnost in vztrajnost.

Ključne naloge in odgovornosti:

  • izvedba projektov (instalacija) z izdelavo dokumentacije,
  • vzdrževanje instalirane opreme,
  • intervencije,
  • tehnično svetovanje strankam - podpora po telefonu, e-mailu, osebno,
  • spremljanje razvoja tehnologije na svojem področju,
  • reševanje tehničnih vprašanj na svojem področju,
  • zbiranje in beleženje koristnih informacij in posebnosti ter primere neobičajnih konfiguracij,
  • pomoč prodajni službi pri zasnovi in verifikaciji ponudb,
  • izvedba storitev pri kupcih,
  • preverjanje delovanja že preverjene opreme in
  • druge naloge po nalogu nadrejenih.
