  • Objetivos del Puesto: -Asegurar el cumplimiento en tiempo y forma de obligaciones tributarias nacionales. -Optimizar la carga fiscal mediante análisis técnico y planificación. -Estandarizar procesos y documentación para mejorar control y trazabilidad. -Actuar como referente técnico ante clientes y organismos.
  • Responsabilidades Principales: Gestión de Impuestos Nacionales (ARCA) Liquidación y revisión de IVA, Ganancias Personas Humanas, Ganancias Sociedades, Bienes Personales y Monotributo. -Control de retenciones y percepciones nacionales -Revisión de ajustes por inflación, amortizaciones y criterios de deducción. -Presentación de regímenes de información administrados por ARCA.
  • Tributos Provinciales y Municipales: Liquidación de Ingresos Brutos locales y Convenio Multilateral. -Control de retenciones y percepciones -Control de agentes de recaudación provinciales y municipales -Gestión de tasas municipales y habilitaciones.
  • Relación con Organismos: -Atención de requerimientos y fiscalizaciones de ARCA, -Presentación de descargos, recursos y solicitudes. -Seguimiento de planes de pago y moratorias nacionales.
  • Coordinación y Operación Interna: -Coordinación técnica con el equipo del estudio. -Definición de procedimientos y estándares de trabajo. -Capacitación interna en normativa y herramientas tributarias.
  • Asesoramiento Técnico: -Análisis de estructuras societarias y planificación fiscal. -Evaluación de impacto tributario en operaciones especiales. -Asistencia en auditorías y fiscalizaciones.
  • Competencias Técnicas: -Dominio avanzado de normativa ARCA y DGI. -Manejo de aplicativos: -Conocimiento sólido de contabilidad, ajustes impositivos y regímenes de información nacionales. -Capacidad para interpretar leyes, resoluciones y jurisprudencia. -Experiencia en procesos digitales: presentaciones electrónicas, VEP, servicios con clave fiscal.
  • Competencias Blandas: -Organización y manejo de múltiples cierres mensuales. -Comunicación clara con colaboradores, clientes y organismos. -Capacidad analítica y resolución de problemas complejos. -Trabajo coordinado con el equipo del estudio.
  • Lugar: Bariloche - Rio Negro

Requisitos

  • Busqueda de Contador/a Público/a Matriculado/a en CPCECABA
  • 3 años de experiencia mínima,
  • Manejo de herramientas de planificación e IA.
