Habilidades

Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión. Manejo de personal. Comunicación, trabajo en equipo, habilidad de análisis.

Conocimiento SAP, conocimiento medio/avanzado excel, manejo de paquetes office medio/avanzado.

Resumen

Mantener los materiales, insumos y productos debidamente resguardados en cantidad, calidad y en tiempo requerido por medio de la gestión operativa de los almacenes a fin de alcanzar las metas de producción y costos establecidos por la dirección.

Responsabilidades

1. Asegurar el cumplimiento en tiempo y forma de los programas planeados por cadena de suministros, de producción, recepción de envase / insumo, programa de carga de exportación de producto terminado y programa de traspaso de envase entre almacenes, resolviendo en el momento cualquier contingencia surgida y reportandola a su superior con la finalidad de mantener la producción y venta del producto terminado

2. Conocer y cumplir los procedimientos aplicables a su función, a través del correcto cumplimiento de las actividades indicadas en los procedimientos, verificando las actividades del personal a su cargo, para llevar un correcto desempeño de los indicadores de nuestros procesos.

3. Mantener la eficiencia del proceso, mediante el constante monitoreo de los sistemas automáticos, resolviendo las fallas que se presenten en el momento o en su defecto solicitando apoyo técnico cuando así lo requiriera, con la finalidad de mantener los procesos e indicadores bajo un desempeño adecuado.

4. Asegurar que se afecte en SAP la recepción / consumo de insumos / envase / bote / barril / tarima de madera / tableros, tiempos de descarga, a través de la revisión de las transacciones y procedimientos correspondientes definidos para este fin, con el objetivo de asegurar el flujo de la información / materiales hacia los siguientes procesos.

5. Asignar y supervisar las actividades del personal a su cargo, mediante recorridos en las áreas de trabajo, análisis de actividades, comunicación efectiva, para asegurar que el recurso sea utilizado de una manera eficiente.

6. Resguardar su integridad y la del personal a su cargo, a través del cumplimiento de los requisitos de seguridad que aplican al departamento, así como trabajar con cuidado y responsabilidad, con el fin de optimizar recursos y evitar accidentes.
