¿Eres un/a profesional de la ingeniería civil con amplia trayectoria en infraestructura ferroviaria, visión estratégica y capacidad para liderar proyectos emblemáticos de gran envergadura? Buscamos un/a Jefe/a de Obra Ferroviario/a para liderar la ejecución del tramo Piérnigas – Pancorbo, en la Línea de Alta Velocidad (LAV) Burgos – Vitoria.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Liderar la ejecución técnica, económica, ambiental y administrativa del proyecto asignado en la LAV Burgos - Vitoria, asegurando los más altos estándares de calidad, seguridad y rentabilidad, con cumplimiento estricto de los plazos y normativa vigentes de ADIF Alta Velocidad. Como máximo responsable a pie de obra desde el inicio hasta la recepción del proyecto, coordinarás los recursos humanos y materiales y actuarás como enlace principal con la Dirección de Obra y las administraciones públicas.

Tus funciones principales:

  • Gestión Técnico-Económica: Planificar, supervisar y controlar el presupuesto de la obra, cierres mensuales, certificaciones, costes y producción, optimizando la rentabilidad y calidad técnica de la infraestructura.
  • Planificación Operativa Ferroviaria y Eestructuras: Coordinar y supervisar los trabajos de plataforma, montaje de vía, obras de drenaje y, muy especialmente, la ejecución de viaductos y estructuras de gran envergadura complejas en entorno de Alta Velocidad.
  • Presencia y Liderazgo a Pie de Obra: Garantizar el seguimiento y control continuo sobre el terreno de los avances, medios y subcontratas durante todas las fases de ejecución del proyecto.
  • Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente: Velar por el cumplimiento riguroso de las medidas de P.R.L. y de la normativa específica medioambiental y de seguridad en el ámbito ferroviario (ADIF).
  • Gestión de Equipos y Subcontratación: Dirigir al equipo técnico y de producción, coordinar a los encargados y supervisar el rendimiento y calidad de los trabajos contratados a empresas subcontratistas.
  • Interlocución Institucional: Actuar como interlocutor/a principal ante la Dirección de Obra, ADIF Alta Velocidad y organismos o entidades locales involucradas.

¿Qué perfil buscamos?

  • Formación: Imprescindible Máster en Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos.
  • Experiencia: Mínimo de 10 años de experiencia demostrable como Jefe/a de Obra en proyectos que hayan incluido la ejecución de viaductos.
  • Conocimientos Específicos: Dominio de normativa técnica de ADIF, herramientas de gestión de costes y softwares de planificación de obra civil/ferroviaria.
  • Habilidades: Alta capacidad de liderazgo, rigor metódico, resolución de problemas en grandes obras lineales y excelente capacidad de interlocución.
