En Construcciones Rubau contamos con más de 50 años de experiencia en el sector de las infraestructuras, desarrollando actividades de construcción, concesión, conservación y mantenimiento en proyectos de obra civil y edificación.

Además, hemos diversificado nuestra actividad con divisiones especializadas, como Contracta, nuestra empresa dedicada específicamente a la rehabilitación integral de edificios y soluciones tecnológicas de construcción.

¿Eres un/a profesional de la arquitectura técnica con rigor analítico y ganas de crecer en una empresa referente en rehabilitación? Buscamos a un/a Técnico/a de Estudios para integrarse en nuestro departamento de Estudios en Barcelona.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Tu objetivo principal será dar soporte técnico y estratégico en la fase de estudio de proyectos, asegurando que nuestras propuestas económicas sean competitivas y técnicamente impecables para garantizar el éxito de las licitaciones y contratos de rehabilitación.

Tus funciones principales:

- Análisis técnico: Estudio detallado de la memoria técnica y preparación de la paquetización de partidas para su envío a industriales.

- Gestión de compras y proveedores: Contacto proactivo y seguimiento con industriales de los diferentes ramos para la solicitud de presupuestos.

- Estudio comparativo: Elaboración de comparativos detallados para optimizar la selección de colaboradores y costes.

- Soporte a la oferta: Apoyo en la preparación técnica y entrega final del presupuesto al cliente.

¿Qué perfil buscamos?

- Formación: Indispensable disponer del Grado en Arquitectura Técnica finalizado.

- Experiencia: Valorable experiencia como técnico de estudios en obras de rehabilitación y/o edificación.

- Herramientas técnicas: Conocimiento de Presto para la elaboración de presupuestos.

- Idiomas: Imprescindible Catalán (nivel alto / nativo).

- Seguridad: Se valorará disponer de la formación de 20h en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (PRL).
