Estamos em busca de um(a) Analista Financeiro para integrar nosso time, contribuindo para a organização, eficiência e sustentabilidade dos processos financeiros da empresa.Buscamos um profissional com perfil generalista, visão analítica e capacidade de atuar em diferentes rotinas financeiras, com experiência especialmente voltada à área de Contas a Receber e conhecimento em processos de cobrança.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar a gestão e o acompanhamento da inadimplência e da carteira de clientes;Emitir boletos e acompanhar os respectivos recebimentos;Realizar o processamento e a conferência de retornos de arquivos bancários;Efetuar baixas de títulos e conciliação de recebimentos;Encaminhar e acompanhar cobranças direcionadas ao departamento jurídico;Monitorar processos de protesto, solicitações de baixa e demais tratativas relacionadas;Controlar títulos em aberto e acompanhar os pagamentos;Elaborar relatórios e indicadores de cobrança, inadimplência e Contas a Receber;Prestar suporte às rotinas de Contas a Pagar, incluindo conferência de documentos, lançamentos, programação e acompanhamento de pagamentos;Apoiar as demais atividades e demandas do departamento financeiro, contribuindo para a organização e melhoria contínua dos processos.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação completa em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência comprovada em Contas a Receber e/ou Gestão de Inadimplência;Conhecimento intermediário em Excel;Conhecimento em Power BI será considerado um diferencial;Desejável experiência no segmento de incorporação imobiliária, especialmente em processos de financiamento habitacional junto à Caixa Econômica FederalConhecimento em sistemas ERP, preferencialmente Sienge, será considerado um diferencial;
