Responsabilidades e atribuições Executar rotinas administrativas e operacionais de Trade Marketing, atendendo às demandas dos canais de vendas e às ações realizadas em lojas e imobiliárias.Realizar cotações, negociar condições comerciais e acompanhar fornecedores para aquisição de materiais, brindes, uniformes, premiações e contratação de serviços.Conduzir processos de compras e pagamentos, incluindo abertura de requisições, acompanhamento de pedidos, recebimento de notas fiscais e controle de pagamentos.Atualizar planilhas e controles internos, monitorando requisições, pedidos, fornecedores, notas fiscais e status de pagamentos.Apoiar a organização de campanhas de incentivo, eventos, reuniões comerciais, cafés da manhã e demais ações direcionadas às equipes de vendas.Acompanhar demandas de comunicação visual e adesivação de imobiliárias, realizando interface com fornecedores e áreas internas.Organizar a montagem e o envio de kits, brindes e materiais promocionais para lojas, pontos de venda e feirões.Apoiar a preparação e a execução de feirões, eventos e ações locais de Trade Marketing, incluindo a montagem dos pontos de venda.Acompanhar, eventualmente, visitas às lojas junto à equipe, contribuindo para a execução das ações planejadas.Apoiar o controle orçamentário da regional, acompanhando as despesas relacionadas às ações de Trade Marketing.Manter interface com gestores comerciais, coordenadores, fornecedores e áreas parceiras, garantindo o acompanhamento das solicitações e o cumprimento dos prazos.Elaborar materiais de apoio para reuniões, campanhas e comunicações internas, utilizando ferramentas como PowerPoint e Canva.

Requisitos e qualificações Experiência com rotinas administrativas, controles internos, compras, contato com fornecedores ou acompanhamento de pagamentos.Conhecimento em Excel para atualização de planilhas e acompanhamento de controles.Conhecimento básico em PowerPoint e Canva.Ensino superior cursando em Administração, Marketing, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas será considerado um diferencial.Conhecimento em SAP, Payflow ou sistemas de compras e pagamentos será considerado um diferencial.Boa comunicação e facilidade de relacionamento com diferentes áreas e níveis hierárquicos.
