Im exklusiven Auftrag einer grossen Schweizer Organisation suchen wir eine erfahrene IT\-Führungspersönlichkeit. Unsere Auftraggeberin bietet eine anspruchsvolle Systemlandschaft und ein vielseitiges Projektportfolio. Ihre digitalen Leistungen sind für den täglichen Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung der Organisation von zentraler Bedeutung.

In dieser neu geschaffenen Schlüsselrolle führst du die operative IT\-Organisation mit über 200 Mitarbeitenden und übernimmst die Stellvertretung des CIO. Du erhältst den Gestaltungsspielraum, Betrieb und Umsetzung wirksam zu verbinden und gemeinsam mit deinen Führungskräften sichtbare Ergebnisse zu erzielen.

Deine Herausforderung

Du schaffst Orientierung, wenn viele Ansprüche auf knappe Ressourcen treffen. Du führst erfahrene Führungskräfte, hältst den Betrieb stabil und sorgst dafür, dass aus Vorhaben verlässliche Ergebnisse werden.

  • Du führst die operative IT\-Organisation über mehrere Ebenen, gibst klare Ziele vor und entwickelst deine Führungskräfte und deren Teams weiter.
  • Du verantwortest einen zuverlässigen IT\-Betrieb und stärkst Servicequalität und Betriebsprozesse. ITIL und agile Delivery bringst du im Alltag wirksam zusammen.
  • Du übersetzt Prioritäten in ein realistisch lieferbares Portfolio, setzt Ressourcen gezielt ein und triffst gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen klare Entscheide.
  • Du bringst komplexe Vorhaben ins Ziel: Du koordinierst Abhängigkeiten, löst Blockaden und stellst eine geordnete Übergabe in den Betrieb sicher.
  • Du gewinnst das Vertrauen anspruchsvoller Stakeholder und schaffst Verbindlichkeit – von der Auftragsklärung über die Mitwirkung bis zur Abnahme und zum erwarteten Nutzen.
  • Du steuerst Budgets und externe Partner, entwickelst Architektur und Standards weiter und bereitest mit den Verantwortlichen für Strategie die Übernahme neuer Lösungen vor.

Deine Qualitäten und Begabungen

  • Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation.
  • Du bringst mindestens zehn Jahre Führungserfahrung über zwei Führungsstufen mit und hast eine grössere IT\-Organisation mit mindestens 100 Mitarbeitenden sowie Budget und kritische Infrastruktur verantwortet.
  • Du kennst die Balance zwischen stabilem Betrieb und komplexer Projektdelivery. Umfangreiche Portfolios und knappe Ressourcen hast du bereits erfolgreich gesteuert.
  • ITIL und SAFe beherrschst du aus der Praxis. Du kannst beide Ansätze zusammenführen und deine Mannschaft für deren konsequente Anwendung gewinnen.
  • Kenntnisse in Cloud Native, DevSecOps, Workbenches oder Managed Services sind von Vorteil.
  • Du führst mit Ruhe und Souveränität, hörst aufmerksam zu und triffst klare Entscheide. Auch bei unterschiedlichen Interessen schaffst du Vertrauen und sorgst dafür, dass Vereinbarungen eingehalten werden.
  • Du übernimmst gerne operative Verantwortung und stellst sicher, dass aus Zusagen verlässliche Ergebnisse werden.
  • Du kommunizierst stilsicher auf Deutsch und bewegst dich auch auf Englisch sicher im beruflichen Alltag.
