Im Fokus stehen zentrale digitale und physische Touchpoints zwischen der ZKB und ihren Kundinnen und Kunden, die Bedürfnisse mit Technologie, Prozessen, User Experience, Security und Betrieb verbinden. Dazu gehören unter anderem eBanking, Mobile Banking sowie digitale Eröffnungs\-, Onboarding\- und Lifecycle\-Prozesse.

Innerhalb von Client Channels arbeiten interdisziplinäre DevOps\-Teams an der Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Services entlang der zentralen Kundenschnittstellen. Die Teams verbinden Business und Technologie eng miteinander und tragen die Verantwortung für ihre Lösungen über den gesamten Lifecycle hinweg – von der Konzeption und Entwicklung bis zum stabilen Betrieb. Dabei gilt konsequent der Grundsatz «You build it, you run it».

Zur Unterstützung des Teams «Pandit» suchen wir dich als erfahrene:n Tech Lead / Java Fullstack Software Engineer \- eBanking.

Deine Herausforderung

  • Weiterentwicklung und Betrieb von fünf geschäftskritischen eBanking Applikationen auf Basis von Microservices und Self Contained Systems mit Fokus auf Backend mit Java und Spring im Kubernetes\-Umfeld
  • Technische Führung in Kombination mit Softwareentwicklung/Solution Architektur. Dabei entfallen 70–80 % deiner Tätigkeit auf Softwareentwicklung, Coaching und DevOps, 20–30 % auf Solution\-Architektur
  • Konzipieren und Umsetzen anspruchsvoller bankfachlicher Anforderungen gemeinsam mit internen Stakeholdern und dem DevOps\-Team
  • Erarbeiten und Reviewen von Solution\-Architekturen mit Blick auf Sicherheit, Skalierbarkeit, Resilienz und Performance
  • Sicherstellen von Codequalität und Betriebsstabilität und Mittragen der End\-to\-End\-Verantwortung
  • Coachen der Entwickelnden, konstruktives Reviewen von Code und Fördern von Clean Code, TDD, CI/CD und Observability
  • Einbringen technischer und methodischer Impulse sowie Weiterentwickeln der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Development, Testing, Operations und Monitoring

Deine Qualitäten und Begabungen

  • Ausbildung in (Wirtschafts\-)Informatik, auf Stufe HF, FH oder Universität oder mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung
  • Mind. 8 Jahre Erfahrung im Software Engineering mit Schwerpunkt auf Backend mit Java, Spring
  • Mind. 2 Jahre Frontend\-Erfahrung, vorzugsweise mit Angular; React ist eine passende Alternative
  • Mind. 3 Jahre Erfahrung mit Solution Architekturen
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Qualitätsansprüche sowie Freude an technischer Führung, Coaching und konstruktiver Zusammenarbeit
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1\-Niveau
