SOBRE A OPORTUNIDADE

A Coop Grow, em parceria com a Albaugh, busca GDA – Gerador de Demanda Albaugh para atuação junto a usinas sucroenergéticas nas regiões de Ribeirão Preto, São José do Rio Preto e Pirassununga/SP.

A CTdoAgro será responsável pelo recrutamento e seleção dos profissionais para este projeto.

O profissional atuará em campo com foco em geração de demanda, recomendações agronômicas, posicionamento de produtos e relacionamento com equipes técnicas e operacionais das usinas, em conjunto com os RTVs da regional.

PERFIL ESPERADO

Profissional com conhecimento técnico da cultura da cana-de-açúcar, experiência no ambiente de usinas sucroenergéticas e habilidade de relacionamento com equipes técnicas e operacionais. Capacidade de sustentar recomendações agronômicas, atuar em conjunto com a equipe comercial e organizar a rotina de atendimento regional.

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES

Desenvolver ações de geração de demanda e suporte técnico junto às usinas sucroenergéticas da região;

Realizar visitas técnicas às usinas e acompanhar as atividades de campo;

Recomendar e posicionar produtos da Albaugh, utilizando conhecimento técnico da cultura da cana-de-açúcar;

Desenvolver relacionamento com equipes técnicas e operacionais das usinas;

Identificar oportunidades de utilização e recomendação dos produtos;

Atuar em conjunto com os RTVs responsáveis pelo atendimento comercial das contas;

Organizar a agenda e os deslocamentos entre as regiões de Ribeirão Preto, São José do Rio Preto e Pirassununga;

Manter alinhamento com a liderança regional e a equipe comercial sobre as atividades desenvolvidas.

REQUISITOS

Formação:

Graduação completa em Agronomia.

Experiências obrigatórias:

Mínimo de duas safras de experiência;

Conhecimento técnico da cultura da cana-de-açúcar;

Conhecimento do ambiente técnico e operacional das usinas sucroenergéticas;

Experiência prática em atividades de campo;

Capacidade de realizar recomendações agronômicas e posicionamento de produtos agrícolas.

Diferenciais:

· Experiência profissional anterior em usinas sucroenergéticas;

· Relacionamento com equipes técnicas e operacionais de usinas;

· Conhecimento das usinas localizadas nas regiões de Ribeirão Preto, São José do Rio Preto e Pirassununga;
