Mit GIS, digitalen Stadtmodellen und innovativen Methoden verbinden wir Analyse, Gestaltung und strate-gisches Denken.

Dich erwarten ein interdisziplinäres Team aus Urban Design, Landschaftsarchitektur, Raumplanung und Kom-munikation sowie ein inspirierendes Arbeitsumfeld mit loftartigen Büroräumen direkt beim Kunsthaus Zürich und flexiblen Arbeitsmöglichkeiten.

Deine Aufgaben

Räumliche Analysen und Geodaten

Du analysierst räumliche Zusammenhänge und verarbeitest Geodaten mit ArcGIS Pro im 3D Modell. Dabei

schaffst du Grundlagen für raumplanerische, städtebauliche und freiräumliche Fragestellungen.

Kennzahlen und räumliche Szenarien

Du entwickelst Kennzahlen, Potenzialanalysen und datenbasierte Szenarien und leitest daraus strategische Erkenntnisse für die Stadtentwicklung ab.

Visualisierung und digitale Stadtmodelle

Du bereitest komplexe Geodaten grafisch und konzeptionell auf und übersetzt sie in eine 3-dimensionale

Darstellung.

Neue Technologien und Workflows

Du entwickelst GIS-Workflows mit Python, Automatisierung und KI weiter und bringst deine eigenen Ideen ins

interdisziplinäre Team ein.

Dein Profil

  • Studium in Raumplanung, Städtebau, Infrastruktur oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
  • Sehr gute GIS-Kenntnisse (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Urban, CityEngine oder ähnliches ) und praktische Er-fahrung mit Python
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Adobe Creative Suite
  • Fundiertes Verständnis der Schweizer Raumplanung und ihre Planungsinstrumente
  • Gestalterisches Gespür für Datenvisualisierung
  • Selbstständige, kreative und flexible Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Teamgeist
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens Niveau B2+ in Wort und Schrift
  • Freude am interdisziplinären Diskurs
