Garantir uma experiência inicial positiva e fluida para novos clientes, solucionando dúvidas complexas de forma ágil. Você atuará como agente de transformação, analisando dados, otimizando processos e implementando automações para elevar a eficiência da equipe e a satisfação.

Responsabilidades

  • Solucionar casos de atendimento de alta complexidade com análises aprofundadas, atuando como referência técnica e articulando ações com outras áreas.
  • Apoiar diretamente os Analistas de Onboarding na resolução de impedimentos operacionais, propondo soluções ágeis e otimizando os fluxos de trabalho.
  • Monitorar e executar os processos de onboarding de ponta a ponta, identificando gargalos e aplicando correções necessárias durante a execução.
  • Analisar criticamente os problemas reportados para investigar causas raízes e propor melhorias estruturadas e sustentadas por dados confiáveis.
  • Desenvolver e atualizar ativamente artigos da base de conhecimento e FAQs para garantir materiais claros e reduzir o volume de tickets.
  • Mapear processos manuais e implementar automações práticas no sistema Zendesk para promover uma maior eficiência operacional de toda a equipe.

O que buscamos:

  • Ensino superior completo em Gestão Contábil, Financeira, Administração de Empresas ou em áreas diretamente correlatas.
  • Aplicar técnicas de mapeamento de processos corporativos e análise de causa raiz para a resolução eficiente de problemas operacionais.
  • Utilizar comunicação escrita clara e objetiva, combinada com digitação ágil, para o gerenciamento simultâneo de múltiplas telas.
  • Orientar novos clientes nas rotinas contábeis iniciais, como a escolha de regime tributário, CNAE, pró-labore e emissão de notas fiscais.
  • Conduzir reuniões virtuais diárias para alinhamento e utilizar plataformas de suporte e gestão operacional, com foco em Zendesk e Jira.
