Atuar como Especialista Sênior de DevOps para ser o motor de inovação e espinha dorsal técnica da plataforma, disseminando boas práticas. Liderar estrategicamente a arquitetura e o futuro tecnológico, integrando Inteligência Artificial e automação para elevar o desempenho operacional.

Responsabilidades

  • Direcionar a estratégia da estrutura do produto, orientando o time na definição e melhoria da arquitetura de sistemas.
  • Pilotar o uso de Inteligência Artificial e automação em Ops/FinOps para gerar ganhos reais em produtividade e custos.
  • Fomentar a cultura de experimentação com tecnologias emergentes e IA generativa antes de adoções em larga escala.
  • Identificar e gerenciar riscos tecnológicos, introduzindo ferramentas e metodologias que sustentem o crescimento da companhia.
  • Definir e organizar processos de cloud, otimizando recursos e acessos para garantir escalabilidade das aplicações.

Requisitos

  • Dominar ferramentas de integração, entrega contínua e práticas avançadas de monitoramento em ambientes ágeis.
  • Projetar padrões de arquitetura de software e infraestrutura distribuída utilizando tecnologias Cloud (Google, AWS ou Azure).
  • Aplicar conhecimento prático em Inteligência Artificial para DevOps, incluindo IA generativa, AIOps e automação inteligente.
  • Solucionar problemas complexos (troubleshooting) utilizando conhecimento aprofundado em estruturas de dados e containers (Docker).
  • Compreender inglês em nível intermediário para colaborar e interagir tecnicamente.
