O nosso Cliente é uma prestigiada empresa que actua na área de Soluções de Saúde, Segurança e Ambiente (HSE).

FUNÇÃO

Será responsável pela gestão das actividades contabilísticas e administrativas do dia-a-dia; pela realização de registos contabilísticos e introdução de dados; pela preparação de facturas, notas de crédito e recibos; pelo acompanhamento das contas a receber e a pagar e pagamentos em atraso; pelo processamento e reconciliação de facturas de fornecedores; pelo apoio às reconciliações bancárias e preparação de contas de gestão mensais; pela manutenção de registos de despesas, caixa pequena e custos operacionais; pelo apoio às auditorias e organização da documentação financeira; pela gestão administrativa do escritório, consumíveis e logística; pela coordenação com prestadores de serviços e apoio na organização de viagens; pela manutenção de registos financeiros e administrativos; e pelo cumprimento dos procedimentos internos e requisitos regulamentares, incluindo apoio em declarações fiscais, licenças e autorizações.

Requirements

  • Licenciatura em Contabilidade, Finanças, Administração de Empresas ou área afim;
  • Entre 2 a 3 anos de experiência numa função de contabilidade ou administrativa;
  • Experiência num sector semelhante constitui uma vantagem;
  • Proficiência no MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
  • Proficiência em software de contabilidade (por exemplo, Primavera);
  • Fluência em inglês (mandatório);
  • Sólido conhecimento dos princípios básicos de contabilidade;
  • Excelentes capacidades organizacionais, de gestão do tempo e de multitarefa;
  • Elevado nível de rigor e atenção aos pormenores;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autónoma e de cumprir prazos;
  • Mentalidade proactiva com fortes competências de resolução de problemas;
  • Integridade e respeito pela confidencialidade;
  • Possuir residência no local da vaga será uma vantagem.
