O nosso Cliente é uma prestigiada empresa que actua na area de transporte e logística.

FUNÇÃO

Será responsável por coordenar, monitorizar e controlar as actividades operacionais e logísticas dos projectos, assegurando a correcta movimentação das cargas, documentação, transporte, processos alfandegários e cumprimento dos prazos e requisitos dos clientes; gerir o fluxo de agenciamento de carga nos diferentes modos de transporte (aéreo, rodoviário, marítimo, multimodal e intermodal), desde a origem até ao destino, incluindo recolha, transporte, entrega e comprovação de entrega; coordenar transportadores, fornecedores, armazéns, despachantes aduaneiros e restantes parceiros operacionais, acompanhando o estado das remessas e identificando atrasos, riscos ou interrupções; verificar e controlar a documentação dos embarques, incluindo facturas, BL, AWB, manifestos e documentos alfandegários, assegurando a correcta abertura e actualização dos ficheiros no CargoWise; coordenar os processos de desalfandegamento, garantindo a documentação necessária, o acompanhamento da DU e o cumprimento dos requisitos de importação, exportação e dos projectos de petróleo e gás em Moçambique; assegurar a facturação correcta e atempada dos serviços e o respectivo envio aos clientes; manter comunicação permanente com os clientes, fornecendo actualizações sobre os embarques, participando em reuniões e garantindo os níveis de serviço acordados; acompanhar custos, facturas de fornecedores e elaborar relatórios operacionais; garantir o cumprimento das políticas e procedimentos de HSE, promovendo práticas de trabalho seguras e reportando incidentes, riscos e condições inseguras.

Requirements

  • Mínimo do Ensino Secundário Geral completo ou equivalente, é exigido;
  • Diploma ou licenciatura em Logística, Supply Chain, Transportes, Gestão de Empresas ou área relacionada, será uma vantagem;
  • Mínimo de 05 anos de experiência relevante em logística, agenciamento de carga e controlo operacional;
  • Mínimo de 03 anos de experiência em função de controlador sênior, preferencialmente em projetos de petróleo e gás;
  • Experiência na coordenação de múltiplos envios, fornecedores, transporte, alfândega, armazém e interessados ​​do projeto;
  • Experiência com controlo de custos, orçamentos, faturação, provisões e reporting operacional;
  • Conhecimento/experiência em Cargo Wise, é uma grande vantagem;
  • Bons conhecimentos de Microsoft Excel e outros sistemas/logística;
  • Bom domínio do português e do inglês, (escrito e falado);
  • Forte compromisso com a HSE (Saúde, Segurança e Ambiente), conformidade e procedimentos da empresa;
  • Domínio de operações de frete aéreo, marítimo e rodoviário;
  • Conhecimento da documentação alfandegária e de importação/exportação;
  • Capacidade de acompanhamento de remessas e coordenação logística de ponta a ponta;
  • Possuir residência no local da vaga será uma vantagem;
  • Nacionalidade moçambicana.
