FUNÇÃO

Será responsável por garantir o bom funcionamento das operações logísticas; garantir uma gestão eficaz dos stocks dos clientes; controlar as actividades de recepção, armazenagem, preparação de encomendas expedição de mercadorias; efetuar os registos de documentos internos associados à mercadoria do cliente (carga e descarga de mercadoria, verificando o produto quanto ao seu estado e quantidade); contacto direto com os clientes, para garantir o devido suporte e controlo do respetivo stock; elaborar relatórios de actividades para os responsáveis hierárquicos; apoiar e supervisionar a execução dos processos de carregamento, transporte, contagens e outros; antecipar constrangimentos e corrigir eventuais desvios detetados nos processos, por forma a garantir os prazos definidos; zelar pela disciplina e organização dos trabalhos; coordenar o armazenamento da mercadoria, de modo a manter uma organização eficaz; realizar inventários; zelar pela disciplina, organização e limpeza das instalações.

Requirements

  • Nível Medio Geral ou equivalente;
  • Experiência em gestão de stocks;
  • Domínio da língua portuguesa e inglesa (falada e escrita);
  • Fortes competências de comunicação, liderança e gestão de equipas;
  • Excelentes capacidades organizacionais e interpessoais;
  • Conhecimentos em informática na ótica do utilizador;
  • Capacidade de elaboração de relatórios operacionais;
  • Elevado sentido de responsabilidade;
  • Idade superior a 40 anos;
  • Nacionalidade Moçambicana.
