O Desafio e a Oportunidade:

  • Você terá a oportunidade de vivenciar a rotina do setor Contábil/Fiscal, aprender novos processos e sistemas, contando com o apoio de uma equipe acolhedora, disposta a ensinar e trocar experiências.
  • O principal compromisso do estagiário no setor Contábil/Fiscal é auxiliar a equipe na organização do departamento, seguindo o cumprimento de prazos, assim como apoiar na conferência de informações fiscais.
  • O seu apoio nas rotinas fiscais e contábeis na conferência e lançamento de notas fiscais será fundamental para o bom desempenho de toda a equipe.

Suas Responsabilidades Estratégicas:

  • A sua principal responsabilidade será realizar consultas e lançamentos em sistemas utilizados internamente, precisamos de alguém atencioso e detalhista que nos ajude a mitigar pequenos erros que prejudicam no dia a dia.
  • Apoiar na apuração de impostos e no preenchimento de obrigações acessórias e auxiliar na conferência de documentos fiscais para garantir a conformidade com a legislação vigente.
  • Acompanhar e apoiar o cumprimento das rotinas e prazos do setor para que o fluxo seja realizado corretamente, sem gargalos.
  • Auxiliar na entrada e conferência de notas fiscais, prestando suporte na elaboração de relatórios e demonstrativos fiscais e contábeis.
  • Organizar documentos e arquivos do setor para a correta classificação e registro contábil, além de dar suporte nas demais atividades administrativas e operacionais da área.

  • Estar cursando Ensino Superior em Ciências Contábeis, Administração ou áreas correlatas.
  • Conhecimento básico do pacote office;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e dinamismo;
  • Boa comunicação: Facilidade em se comunicar com clareza e empatia;
  • Adaptabilidade e Proatividade: Estamos em evolução constante e buscamos novos aprendizados diariamente;
