Missão: A sua missão é ser responsável por fornecer suporte aos clientes em questões mais detalhadas e técnicas. Este cargo possuem um entendimento básico das operações e estão começando a lidar com problemas mais complexos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar no atendimento aos clientes com foco em rotinas de Departamento Pessoal, garantindo suporte técnico, clareza nas orientações e excelência na experiência do cliente;Realizar atendimento via chat, com foco em demandas de DP;Orientar clientes sobre processos de folha de pagamento, admissões, demissões e férias;Apoiar na conferência de cálculos trabalhistas;Esclarecer dúvidas sobre encargos (INSS, FGTS, eSocial, etc.);Atuar na análise e resolução de inconsistências relacionadas ao DP;Garantir qualidade, agilidade e assertividade nos atendimentos;Registrar e acompanhar chamados até a resolução.

Requisitos e qualificações

Conhecimento intermediário do pacote office; Conhecimento em tributação especifica; Conhecimento intermediário em softwares de contabilidade; Domínio em obrigações acessórias; Habilidades em elaboração de documentos trabalhistas; Conhecimento básico de gestão de benefícios em folha; Conhecimento básico de gestão e conferência de eventos no e-social e FGTS digital; Conhecimento de legislação trabalhista; Conhecimento básico no regime monofásico de recolhimento de PIS e COFINS; Conhecimento em legislação de ICMS e acordos estaduais; Conhecimento em procedimentos de entrada e saída de notas fiscais; Experiência em atendimento ao público; Habilidades com ferramentas de atendimento ao cliente (Omnichannel); Habilidades intermediário em Analise e Apuração de Impostos; Conhecimento sobre emissão de Notas Fiscais de Serviços, retenções, códigos de serviços e municípios de incidência; Conhecimento em legislação do ISS e beneficios fiscais municipais e federais (com ênfase em exportação de serviços); Conhecimento intermediário no beneficio fiscal fator R.

Formação:

Graduação em andamento em Ciências Contábeis, Administração.
