Foco no aumento do NPS da equipe e na redução da rotatividade (turnover). Mentoria técnica em normas contábeis (CPCs/IFRS) e capacitação contínua do time. Balanceamento e redistribuição estratégica de cargas de trabalho entre analistas com base na complexidade dos clientes (Lucro Real vs. Presumido).
  • Requisitos: Formação: Graduação concluída em Ciências Contábeis com registro ativo no Conselho Regional de Contabilidade (CRC Ativo). Experiência Obrigatória: Vivência consolidada em escritórios de contabilidade ou empresas de BPO (atendimento a múltiplos clientes/carteiras simultaneamente). Domínio Técnico: Ampla experiência em Lucro Real, Lucro Presumido e Simples Nacional. Domínio em obrigações acessórias de alta complexidade: ECD, ECF e LALUR. Garantia de conformidade corporativa, double-check de balancetes/demonstrações financeiras e prontidão para auditorias.
  • Diferenciais: Educação Continuada: Pós-graduação ou especialização nas áreas de Controladoria ou Direito Tributário. Tecnologia & Inovação: Histórico comprovado em projetos de automação contábil (RPA) e redução de tarefas manuais repetitivas. Vivência em projetos de migração de sistemas, integração de dados entre ERPs e criação de dashboards de Business Intelligence (BI). Consultoria e Negócios: Capacidade de atuar como Business Partner, traduzindo dados contábeis (varições de EBITDA, índices de liquidez) em insights financeiros estratégicos reunindo-se diretamente com os clientes.
