The posting

Contech d.o.o. je tvrtka specijalizirana i akreditirana za laboratorijska i terenska ispitivanja u građevinarstvu, snimanje i analizu stanja kolničkih konstrukcija, projektiranje te stručni nadzor nad izvođenjem građevinskih radova. Kroz stručnost, kvalitetu i primjenu suvremenih metoda rada sudjelujemo u razvoju i unapređenju prometne infrastrukture. U potrazi smo za motiviranom i odgovornom osobom koja će se pridružiti našem timu i sudjelovati u poslovima pregleda, projektiranja, sanacije i održavanja prometne infrastrukture te praćenja i kontrole izvođenja radova.

Glavne odgovornosti i radni zadaci uključuju:

  • Obavljanje vizualnih pregleda postojećih prometnica, utvrđivanje njihova stanja te evidentiranje oštećenja i nedostataka.
  • Izradu projekata sanacije i obnove postojećih prometnica, uključujući definiranje potrebnih zahvata i izradu odgovarajuće projektne dokumentacije.
  • Sudjelovanje u projektiranju novih prometnica i pripadajućih građevinskih objekata.
  • Izradu tehničkih nacrta, situacija i ostalih grafičkih priloga koji su sastavni dio projektne dokumentacije.
  • Izradu troškovnika radova potrebnih za izvođenje projekata te troškovnika kontrolnih ispitivanja.
  • Izradu projektne dokumentacije privremene regulacije prometa tijekom izvođenja radova na prometnicama.
  • Praćenje i koordinaciju provedbe kontrolnih ispitivanja na gradilištima te provjeru usklađenosti provedenih ispitivanja s projektnom dokumentacijom i zahtjevima kvalitete.
  • Obradu i evidentiranje rezultata provedenih kontrolnih ispitivanja te unos odgovarajućih podataka u građevinski dnevnik.
  • Izradu mjesečnih izvještaja, obračunskih situacija i prateće dokumentacije za provedene radove i ispitivanja.
  • Suradnju s projektantima, izvođačima radova, nadzornim inženjerima i drugim sudionicima u realizaciji projekata.
  • Sudjelovanje u pripremi tehničke dokumentacije te praćenju kvalitete i dinamike izvođenja radova.

Uvjeti i poželjne kvalifikacije

Za navedene poslove tražimo osobu sa završenim sveučilišnim ili stručnim diplomskim studijem iz područja građevinarstva, uz prethodno radno iskustvo na srodnim poslovima.

Od kandidata očekujemo:

  • Završenu visoku stručnu spremu iz područja građevinarstva.
  • Radno iskustvo u poslovima projektiranja, sanacije prometnica, kontrole kvalitete ili praćenja izvođenja građevinskih radova.
  • Poznavanje izrade tehničke i projektne dokumentacije te troškovnika.
  • Odgovornost, samostalnost u radu, organiziranost i sklonost timskom radu.
  • Spremnost na terenski rad i suradnju s različitim sudionicima u gradnji.

Dodatna prednost, ali ne i uvjet, jest:

  • Položen stručni ispit za obavljanje poslova u graditeljstvu, u skladu s primjenjivim propisima.
  • Članstvo u Hrvatskoj komori inženjera građevinarstva (HKIG).
  • Iskustvo u izradi projekata sanacije prometnica i privremene regulacije prometa.
  • Iskustvo u provedbi i praćenju kontrolnih ispitivanja građevinskih materijala i izvedenih radova.
  • Poznavanje rada u programima za izradu tehničkih nacrta i projektne dokumentacije.
