Contently is looking for an experienced product manager to lead one or several of Contently's products, including improving existing ones and defining and launching new ones. We're looking for someone who's experienced and comfortable with a fast paced startup environment, which means you'll be given great ownership, but are required to be a self-starter and self-organized.

What You’ll Do:

  • Define product vision, strategy, roadmap and drive execution
  • Be a champion for our users - stay on top of their needs by conducting market and user research
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team (designers, backend / frontend developers) to conceive, built, ship and enhance features and products
  • Own product metrics and make them go up and to the right (well, depending on the metric...)
  • Work with other teams to take products and features to market successfully and to drive user adoption

Who You Are:

  • Very smart, very passionate, product obsessed. And you love great original content.
  • Successfully worked at a startup, i.e. comfortable with complex but unstructured problems, high degree of autonomy in a fast paced environment, getting shit done, being self motivated and organized
  • 5+ years experience shipping, managing, growing enterprise SaaS products in an agile environment
  • Data informed -- use data to guide product decisions. Experienced in defining needed tracking, running experiments and analyzing data. Experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel or similar products.
  • Appreciation for great UX incl. interaction design; comfortable creating wireframes
  • Experience with agile product development methodologies (lean, iterative, collaborative, hands on, fast)
  • Great communicator (intra-company across teams, clients)
