Wil jij een team ondersteunen en mee richting geven aan kwaliteitsvolle jeugdhulp? Hof ter Welle zoekt een coördinator voor het contextteam in Sint-Niklaas.

Je leidt het team dat de ambulante contextbegeleiding en de contextbegeleiding binnen de dagbegeleiding in groep opneemt.

  • Je coacht medewerkers en stimuleert samenwerking en professionele groei.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en continuïteit van de begeleiding.
  • Je organiseert de dagelijkse werking, personeelsbezetting en opvolging.
  • Je werkt samen met andere teams en externe partners.
  • Als lid van het beleidsteam bouw je mee aan het organisatiebeleid.
  • Je hebt minstens vijf jaar ervaring, bij voorkeur in de jeugdhulp.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelor of master in een pedagogische, sociale of menswetenschappelijke richting.
  • Ervaring met coaching of leidinggeven is een meerwaarde.
  • Je combineert een coachende stijl met organisatorisch inzicht en besluitvaardigheid.
  • Je communiceert helder en werkt verbindend samen.
  • Je kan werken met Microsoft Office en beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je woon-werkafstand is haalbaar voor de werking en permanentie.
