Die Contilia Pflege und Betreuung bietet in 14 Quartieren unterschiedliche Pflege-, Betreuungs- und Wohnangebote für Senioren:innen. Insgesamt kümmern sich rund 1.500 engagierte Mitarbeitende um das Wohl von 1.500 Bewohner:innen. Das St. Andreas Quartier liegt im Herzen Rüttenscheids, Essens lebendigstem Stadtteil und ist hier gut vernetzt. Das St. Andreas Quartier bietet unterschiedliche Pflege-, Betreuungs- und Wohnangebote, um bestmöglich auf die Bedürfnisse alter, kranker und hilfsbedürftiger Menschen rund um den Standort eingehen zu können. Im St. Andreas Stift leben 80 Personen, die in drei Wohngruppen von empathischen und ideenreichen Mitarbeitenden gepflegt und betreut werden. Dabei steht der Mensch stets im Mittelpunkt unseres Handelns - mit all seinen physischen, psychischen, sozialen und spirituellen Bedürfnissen.

Stellenbeschreibung

Wir bieten Ausbildungsplätze zur Pflegefachassistenz (m/w/d) zum 01.04. und 01.10. eines Jahres an.

Als Pflegefachassistenz (m/w/d) hast Du die Möglichkeit, in allen Versorgungsbereichen in denen Pflege geleistet wird, tätig zu sein. Die Ausbildung zur Pflegefachassistenz (m/w/d) dauert ein Jahr.

Das erwartet dich:

  • Theoretischer und praktischer Unterricht Der Unterricht erfolgt in Zusammenarbeit mit der Katholischen Schule für Pflegeberufe in Essen und umfasst 700 Unterrichtsstunden. Der theoretische und fachpraktische Unterricht hat verschiedene Schwerpunkte. Praktische Ausbildung Die praktische Ausbildung umfasst 950 Stunden. Die Einsätze erfolgen in den verschiedenen Versorgungssettings der Pflege.

Qualifikationen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Mindestens einen allgemeinbildenden Schulabschluss.
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren und pflegebedürftigen Menschen und Empathie.
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein und die Bereitschaft, im Schichtdienst eingesetzt zu werden.
  • Du bist körperlich und psychisch belastbar und hältst Hygiene- sowie Dokumentationsstandards ein.
  • Du bist teamfähig, lernst gerne und bist offen für Anleitung und Feedback.
