Die MVZ Contilia GmbH bietet Hochleistungsmedizin mit ganzheitlichem Diagnose- und Therapieansatz. Die Schwerpunkte sind: Innere Medizin, Gastroenterologie, Diabetologie, Kardiologie, Kinderchirurgie, Kinder- und Jugendmedizin, Gefäßchirurgie, Dermatologie, Allgemeinmedizin, Frauenheilkunde sowie Orthopädie und Unfallchirurgie an unterschiedlichen Standorten, mit Vorsorge, Früherkennung, Diagnostik und Therapie.

Unsere Philosophie: Eine menschenfreundliche, einfühlsame und verständliche Medizin auf allerhöchstem Niveau in einem MVZ-Netzwerk, patientenzugewandt mit ganzheitlichem Ansatz.

In unserem Medizinischen Versorgungszentrum Essen Nord-West im Gesundheitspark Alternessen, Fachbereich Gastroenterologie und Kardiologie, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine exam. Endoskopie Fachkraft/ MFA mit entsprechender Erfahrung.

Unser Ärzte-Team besteht aus 2 Gastroenterologen (Arzt und Ärztin) sowie einer kard. Ärztin. Wir sind zur Zeit ein gemischtes Team von 6 MFAs. 2 Mitarbeiterinnen an der Anmeldung und 4 Mitarbeiter/innen in der Assistenz. Stellenbeschreibung

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Endoskopie begleiten – du bereitest Gastroskopien/Koloskopien vor, assistierst und betreust Patient:innen.
  • Sedierung unterstützen – du wirkst nach S3-Leitlinie Sedierung mit und überwachst Vitalwerte.
  • Sprechstunde organisieren – du übernimmst Anmeldung, Terminmanagement, Telefon und Patientenfluss.
  • Hygiene & Aufbereitung – du setzt Hygienestandards um und bereitest Instrumente/Material auf.
  • Dokumentation führen – du pflegst Befunde in der Praxissoftware und unterstützt Abrechnung (EBM/GOÄ).

Qualifikationen

Du vervollständigst unser Team, wenn du...

  • eine Ausbildung als Medizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d) oder Pflegefachassistent (m/w/d) mitbringst – gern auch als Wiedereinsteiger:in oder aus anderem Praxisschwerpunkt.
  • die Sedierungs-Weiterbildung (S3) hast oder bereit bist, sie zu erwerben.
  • ein Kommunikationstalent mit hoher Serviceorientierung bist – „auf Zack“, mit Herz und Drive.
  • EDV/Praxissoftware sicher nutzt, organisiert arbeitest und Teamfähigkeit sowie Flexibilität mitbringst.
  • selbstständig, sorgfältig und zuverlässig handelst.
