Die Contilia Pflege und Betreuung bietet in 14 Quartieren unterschiedliche Pflege-, Betreuungs- und Wohnangebote für Senioren:innen. Insgesamt kümmern sich rund 1.500 engagierte Mitarbeitende um das Wohl von 1.500 Bewohner:innen. Stellenbeschreibung

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Grundpflege umsetzen – du unterstützt bei Körperpflege, Ernährung und Ausscheidung.
  • Mobilität fördern – du hilfst beim Aufstehen, Umlagern und bei kurzen Wegen.
  • Alltag begleiten – du strukturierst den Tagesablauf und begleitest Mahlzeiten & Aktivitäten.
  • Hygiene sichern – du achtest auf Sauberkeit, bereitest Material und Räume vor.
  • Dokumentation führen – du hältst Leistungen fest und stimmst dich eng im Team ab.

Qualifikationen

Du vervollständigst unser Team, wenn du...

  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachassistenten / Pflegefachassistentin oder Pflegehilfskraft (m/w/d) mitbringst.
  • gerne mit älteren und pflegebedürftigen Menschen arbeitest.
  • empathisch, verantwortungsbewusst und lernbereit bist.
  • Sinn für Sauberkeit und Hygiene hast.
  • zuverlässig und teamfähig bist – flexibel auch am Wochenende.
