The ContiTech business area develops, manufactures, and markets intelligent products, systems, and components made of rubber, plastic, metal, and textiles. These products are used in mining, the agricultural industry, industrial engineering and rail mechanical engineering, the automotive industry, and other key sectors of the future.

Job Description

  • Atualizar, acompanhar, analisar e executar as atividades relacionadas à análises financeiras, classificação, apropriação de despesas e custos, bem como auxiliar na elaboração da previsão orçamentária.
  • Emissão de relatórios gerenciais ligados aos assuntos de natureza financeira, contábil, orçamentária, tributária e administrativa.
  • Revisão e controle de Ativo Fixo. Inventário fisico e conciliação
  • Controlar e manter atualizado, todas as CND's, Alvarás e certificados de todas as filiais;
  • Realizar consultas de viabilidades quando necessário; Elaborar a consulta semanal do status Siare empresa para fins de Importações
  • Realizar a checagem e um acompanhamento com as unidades referente as notas pendentes para a contabilidade;
  • Executar atividades relativas a análises, classificações, separação, organização e lançamentos dos documentos. Fazer a checagem mensal de notas emitidas (canceladas) nos portais das prefeituras;
  • Conferir os fundos fixos e fundos de viagens das unidades.
  • Cobrar acertos de adiantamentos de viagens pendentes mensalmente (verificação pendências balanço mensal)
  • Participar na confecção dos balanços e balancetes, suportanto a contabilidade com documentos e relatórios internos quando solicitado;
  • Elaborar relatórios contábeis e demais demonstrativos/controles do setor;
  • Disponibilização dos relatórios e informações contábeis para as unidades.
  • Realizar o preenchimento da planilha prévia de apuração de Pis e Cofins, ICMS, ISS e Diferencial de Aliquota.
  • Elaborar o calendário mensal de fechamento, disponibilizar para acompanhamento e acompanhar as entregas das atividades durante o período de fechamento;
  • Realizar o feedback das unidades a respeito do cumprimento dos prazos e na qualidade das informações prestadas no que tange ao envio dos documentos listados no cronograma.
  • Atualização/controle das medições pendentes de faturamento / NET SALES semanalmente;
  • Atualizção/contole de informações da planilha de controle de limite de crédito mensalmente;
  • Controle do custo por produto e margem por cliente.
  • Apoiar na conferência do cálculo do CMV e Insumos mensal . Elaborar cálculo da planilha margem por cliente
  • Atender demandas exporádicas de solicitações de documentos - Auditoria Interna e Externa.

Qualifications

Ensino Superior Completo nas áreas de Ciencias contabéis, Administração ou áreas correlatas.
