Estamos à procura de um Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho profissional e atento aos detalhes para se juntar à nossa equipe em Black Gold, Brasil. Nesta função, o(a) senhor(a) será responsável por implementar, monitorar e manter as normas de segurança do trabalho em todas as nossas operações. O(a) candidato(a) ideal deverá demonstrar sólidas habilidades analíticas, capacidade de organização e compromisso com a criação de um ambiente de trabalho seguro para todos os funcionários. Trabalhará em estreita colaboração com a gerência e as equipes operacionais para identificar riscos, desenvolver protocolos de segurança e garantir a conformidade com as normas de segurança locais e internacionais.

  • Realizar inspeções e auditorias de segurança regulares nas áreas de trabalho, equipamentos e instalações para identificar riscos potenciais e questões de não conformidade
  • Analisar dados de segurança e relatórios de incidentes para identificar tendências, causas fundamentais e oportunidades de melhoria
  • Desenvolver, implementar e manter procedimentos e protocolos de segurança do trabalho alinhados com as regulamentações brasileiras e normas internacionais
  • Investigar incidentes e acidentes no local de trabalho, documentando as conclusões e recomendando ações corretivas
  • Manter documentação, registros e bancos de dados de segurança abrangentes utilizando sistemas de gestão de segurança
  • Oferecer treinamento e orientação em segurança aos funcionários sobre reconhecimento de riscos, procedimentos de emergência e uso adequado de equipamentos de proteção individual (EPI)
  • Colaborar com a gerência para desenvolver e executar iniciativas de melhoria da segurança e planos de ação
  • Monitorar a conformidade com as normas de saúde e segurança ocupacional e as políticas de segurança da empresa
  • Preparar relatórios e apresentações de segurança para a gerência e autoridades regulatórias
  • Responder a questões de segurança e emergências, coordenando-se com o pessoal adequado e órgãos externos, conforme necessário
  • Acompanhar a execução dos trabalhos nas áreas, verificando o uso correto de equipamentos de segurança, o cumprimento de normas de prevenção de acidentes e o preenchimento de análise preliminar de risco e demais documentos necessários Auditar bloqueio de equipamentos na área e os colaboradores envolvidos na atividade

Qualificações

  • 1 ano de experiência profissional em segurança do trabalho, segurança industrial ou área relacionada
  • Sólido conhecimento das normas e melhores práticas de saúde e segurança do trabalho
  • Proficiência em identificação de perigos, avaliação de riscos e procedimentos de auditoria de segurança
  • Excelentes habilidades organizacionais e de documentação, com atenção aos detalhes
  • Capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas, com aptidão para interpretar dados de segurança
  • Proficiência em sistemas de gestão de segurança e aplicativos de informática
  • Sólidas habilidades de comunicação escrita e verbal em inglês e português
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e colaborativa com equipes multifuncionais
  • Desejável: Experiência em ambientes de petróleo e gás, mineração ou industrial
  • Desejável: Familiaridade com as normas regulamentadoras de segurança do trabalho do Brasil (NR)
  • Desejável: Certificação em primeiros socorros ou credenciais equivalentes de treinamento em segurança
  • Desejável: Experiência na condução de treinamentos de segurança e programas de integração de funcionários
  • Desejável: Conhecimento das normas e requisitos relativos a equipamentos de proteção individual (EPI)
